In 2018, Ashley founded Entrusted Legacy Law® with a clear, heart-centered mission: to take the "scary" out of legal planning. After years spent as a high-stakes litigator, Ashley realized that most people don’t need a lawyer who makes things more complicated, they need a partner who makes things clear. Ashley is a graduate of Duquesne University Law School and a retired litigator who traded the courtroom for a more meaningful cause: helping families protect what matters most. Whether she’s teaching community education workshops or providing pro bono services for low-income individuals and survivors of domestic violence, Ashley believes that estate planning is about more than just money. It’s about preserving your values, your stories, and your peace of mind. At Entrusted Legacy Law, Ashley and her team have ditched the "dusty lawyer" stereotype. They’ve replaced billable hours and confusing jargon with fixed fees and simple, direct conversations. Ashley’s goal isn’t just to hand you a binder of documents to stick on a shelf; it’s to ensure your children are cared for, your assets are secure, and your family stays out of court and out of conflict. Building on her commitment to providing the highest level of expertise for her clients, Ashley has achieved the prestigious designation of Certified Elder Law Attorney (CELA) through the National Elder Law Foundation. This is a significant milestone, as the CELA designation is the only elder law specialty certification currently recognized by the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania. Often referred to as the "Gold Standard" for practitioners, it is held by only a small fraction of attorneys nationwide, reflecting her deep mastery of complex issues like Medicaid planning and long-term care. To further support families navigating the emotional and physical toll of memory loss, Ashley is also a Certified Dementia Practitioner (CDP). This unique combination of rigorous legal specialization and clinical understanding allows her to serve as a truly holistic advocate, ensuring that her clients receive not just a legal document, but a compassionate roadmap for the road ahead. When she isn’t helping families build their legacies, Ashley lives in Wexford with her middle school sweetheart, Tim. Their home is managed by two very important (and very rambunctious) Chief Morale Officers: their dogs, Parker and Ella.
